Ruili Releases New Lightning-Arrester Piercing Type Post Insulator

Recently, Ruili has made another technological breakthrough in the field of insulators. Its independently developed "Lightning-Arrester Piercing Type Post Insulator" has been granted a patent by the National Intellectual Property Administration (Authorization Announcement Number: CN222851193U.

The core of this patented technology lies in the innovative design of the connection components. By integrating components such as composite sheds, clamping grooves, and threaded columns, Ruili Electric has achieved the flexible assembly of insulators. Users can choose to combine different numbers of connection components according to their actual needs, thus expanding the applicability of the product. More importantly, when a certain composite shed is damaged, only the corresponding component needs to be replaced instead of replacing the entire insulator. This design reduces the maintenance cost by more than 30%, and it is especially suitable for power lines in complex environments such as high altitudes and areas with severe pollution.

The technical team of Ruili introduced that this patent also incorporates the designs of an anti-fouling cover and a fully-sealed insulating layer. The anti-fouling cover can effectively resist the erosion of bird droppings, industrial pollutants, etc. on the insulator. The internal triple protection structure, which consists of a Dureton insulating protective layer, an epoxy resin reinforcement layer, and a silicone rubber sealing layer, not only improves the mechanical strength but also extends the service life of theproduct to more than 20 years.
